    Every month I offer an intake plus two pro-bono coaching sessions to one person or couple. If paying for support is not an option for you right now, please still get in touch.

Peaceful Parenthood

This programme is designed especially for individuals navigating the transition into parenthood, return to work after parental leave, and those negotiating the no-more-babies stage.

This Life Coaching programme starts with a 15 minute guided meditation, to bring peace, clarity, and presence to your life and the session. Here you will dedicate time to just being you, giving yourself the space to reflect, discover, and step into your future.

Taking time out of parenthood to focus on you can be challenging, and by starting each session in a calm and comfortable space, in which I talk you through a guided mediation, will ensure you get the most out of your coaching time. Away from the noise and conflicting priorities that often come with parenthood, you will:

  • Dedicate time to yourself

  • Identify your values and assess how you are living in line with these values at present

  • Negotiate any challenges you’re currently facing

  • Take manageable steps to achieve your goals

  • Rediscover your potential to do great things

  • Celebrate your story so far and take action towards a positive, clear, and peaceful future
