    Every month I offer an intake plus two pro-bono coaching sessions to one person or couple. If paying for support is not an option for you right now, please still get in touch.

Have you experienced the loss of your baby, a traumatic birth, or found yourself lost in your fertility journey, with or without children? Do you find you sometimes can't find the words to describe your experience, your feelings and needs, or work out what you want? Maybe communication is a challenge or has broken down between yourself and your loved ones.

If this sounds like you, and you're ready to harness your strengths, acknowledge and take ownership of your story, and take a positive step into your new future, then I'm here for you.

As a qualified coach and a nurse with over ten years of experience supporting families through pregnancy loss, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. I have also experienced a loss: a miscarriage which happened after being told I was likely in early menopause. But I have come out the other side, and want to help you to do the same.

Through personalised coaching, I will support you to navigate life when loss of fertility, pregnancy, or parenthood has become part of your story. Together we will reflect on your experience so far, acknowledge your loss, and create your own narrative for your feelings and needs. I will stand by your side and support you to rediscover the strengths I know you have inside, and find your true self.

During our sessions you will:

  • tell me your story

  • identify your true feelings, whatever they may be, without the pressure to feel a certain way

  • take control of your future through identifying exactly what it is you want and need

  • break down your long-term goals into tangible steps that I will support you to take

  • navigate the overwhelming emotions, societal expectations, and challenges that come with baby loss and grief

  • celebrate your journey so far, and the successes of your future

You are also welcome to come to these sessions as a couple; to reflect on the loss of your baby as parents and understand the different ways in which you each grieve. Through coaching together, I will encourage shared decision-making, discussions about memory making and how to honour your baby, as well as supporting you to move forward into the future as a team.

By acknowledging your experiences and identifying how you want these experiences to shape your future, I will work with you and support you to rediscover your identity, regain control, rebuild relationships, and find peace and positivity in your words, your story, and your future.

This coaching is for anyone affected by baby loss: whether you are a parent, grandparent, friend, or sibling, I can provide support.

All coaching sessions take place online.
